The platform supports various file formats including PDFs, ZIP archives, and image files.

5. File Upload and ProcessingBy uploading files to the Platform, you:
  • Represent that you have the right to upload and process such files
  • Grant SiteSync AI a limited license to process your files for analysis purposes
  • Understand that files are processed using our proprietary AI models
  • Agree that we may store your files temporarily for processing and analysis
  • Retain ownership of your uploaded files
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use our own trained LLMs to ensure data security and enhance privacy.
7. Intellectual Property RightsThe Platform, including its software, algorithms, and content, is owned by SiteSync AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded files, but grant us a license to process them for analysis purposes.
8. Disclaimers and LimitationsTHE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SITESYNC AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.While our AI models are trained to provide accurate analysis, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. Users should always verify results and consult with qualified professionals for critical decisions.
9. Limitation of LiabilityIN NO EVENT SHALL SITESYNC AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
10. TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
11. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiteSync AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
